To a pot add extra virgin olive oil, onion, and garlic. Sauteed for 3 minutes on medium heat, then add Italian Sausage and spices.
Once sausage is cooked add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream and stir. Bring to a boil and add lasagne festonate noodles.
Lower heat and cover, cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and add fresh mozzarella cheese. Stir and cook for 3 more minutes, until cheese is fully melted and noodles are cooked.
Serve immediately, garnish with grated Parmegiano Reggiano and parsley.
