Our apple breakfast bars will give you a delightfully healthy meal while also giving you enough energy to make it through classes!
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Combine the first 8 ingredients, whisking to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pecans and cranberries, whisking to combine.
Mix the two together.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and oil the parchment with Colavita olive oil.
Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bars spring back when lightly pressed.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of the bars.
Note: 1/4 cup maple syrup = 2 Maple UnTapped packets
