1Season sliced tomatoes with sea salt and set aside.
2Place bacon on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cook it in the oven at 425°F for about 8 minutes, or until desired crispness.
3Remove the bacon from the oven and immediately brush it with Colavita Balsamic Glaze. Feel free to use as much as you like!
4Spread mayonnaise on one side of each piece of bread.
5Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place bread mayonnaise side down on the skillet.
6Top the bread with gruyere cheese, tomatoes, and cooked and glazed bacon.
7Cover the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. This will allow the cheese to melt.
8Once the cheese is melted, flip the other toasted bread slices on top.
9You may flip occasionally until both sides of the sandwich are toasted to your liking.
