Preheat oven to 400.
In an oven safe dish add the butterflied chicken breast. Next, add the balsamic vinegar, canned cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and paprika. Cook for 25 minutes, remove from oven and add mozzarella slices.
Place the chicken back into the oven for 3 minutes, until cheese has melted and chicken has reached 165 internally.
Remove from oven, top with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
