Ingredients: 1 box Colavita Chickpeas, rinsed; 2 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive oil; 2 tbsp Colavita Balsamic Vinegar; 1 tbsp Colavita Balsamic Glaze; 1 oz arugula; 2 tbsp red onion, diced; 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half; 1 lemon, juiced; 1 garlic clove, grated; 1/2 avocado; 2 tbsp feta; Salt & Pepper to taste; ½ tsp creole seasoning
