These mini phyllo mushroom cups are both cute and delicious! These are a must have at any new year's party even though they won't last very long.
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
Place a small amount of grated fontina into the bottom of each phyllo cup.
Top each cup with sliced mushrooms and a pinch of fresh sage.
Bake in the oven until the cheese just melts, about 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with Colavita Tartufolio.
Serve warm.
