Bring your salmon to new levels with the pesto crusted salmon! The combination of pesto and lemon juice makes the salmon both savory and citrusy!
Heat your oven to 425°F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon on the parchment lined baking sheet, skin side down.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the fish filet with Colavita Olive Oil (either the Lemon or Premium Selection).
Spoon the Colavita pesto sauce over the salmon, brushing it evenly over the top surface. Place lemon slices over the top of the pesto.
Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until it flakes with a fork. Serve.
