Garlic bread may be one of those perfect foods: easy to make and so delicious to eat. Colavita can make your garlic bread even simpler and tastier. Heat up your oven’s broiler.
Slice the baguette in half horizontally and place them on a metal baking sheet.
Drizzle the baguette with Colavita Roasted Garlic EVOO. You can use as much as you like, but we recommend about 2 tbsp per side.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top of the oiled bread.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and broil, keeping a very close eye on the bread to make sure it doesn’t burn. This should only take from 2-5 minutes.
As soon as the tops of the bread are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling, remove it from the oven.
Remove the bread to a cutting board and slice it.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
