These capellini pasta mummies will be the talk of your party; they're both fun to look at and fun to eat! Made with Colavita capellini nests and Colavita Pesto.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once it is boiling, salt it generously, and add the Colavita Capellini Nests to the pot. Cook according to package instructions and then drain.
Once you have drained the pasta, place it in a large bowl. Add the 2 jars of Colavita Pesto Sauce and stir to coat the pasta completely with pesto.
Heat your oven to 400°F.
Lightly oil the inside of the ramekins with Colavita Olive Oil and place them on a baking sheet.
Add the enough pesto cappellini to each ramekin, to fill it to the top.
Place two olive slices where the “eyes” would be and arrange slices of provolone around the eyes, one above and two below, to look like bandage strips.
Place the baking sheet with the ramekins in the oven for just about 2-3 minutes, until the cheese slightly melts.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
