Our blueberry and lemon pizza is the perfect meal for breakfast, or an excellent treat for dessert! There's never been a more blue pizza until now.
Preheat your oven to 500°F. If you're using a pizza stone, allow the stone to heat up for 30 minutes in the oven prior to baking on it.
Peel dusted with flour. If you don't have a pizza peel, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and oil the paper with olive oil. Stretch your dough on top of the oiled parchment paper on the baking sheet.
Apply a thin layer of mascarpone cheese to the stretched out dough.
Add the lemon slices on top of the cheese, followed by the blueberries. Press the blueberries gently into the dough so they don't slide around.
