Take your s'mores experience to a whole new level with this s'mores skillet! What's better on a summer night than chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers?
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Place the EVOO in an 8-inch cast-iron skillet and put it in the oven while it preheats.
Alternately, you can place it on your grill or over a grate on a campfire.
After about 5 minutes and using oven mitts, remove the skillet from the oven. Add the 1 tbsp Colavita olive oil and swirl to coat the bottom and sides of the pan.
Add chocolate chips in an even layer on the bottom of the skillet. Arrange marshmallows over the surface of the chocolate chips, covering the chocolate completely. Return to oven (or grill/campfire) and bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted.
Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
