This is a simple and flavorful grilled recipe for outdoor BBQ's and quick dinner. The spicy and rich rub makes this delicious all year round.
Combine all the spices in a small bowl and mix.
Coat the steaks with the rub on each side - use a generous amount. Press the rub into the steak.
You can grill immediately, or chill the steaks for up to 6 hours.
If your steaks have been chilled, allow them to come to room temperature before grilling.
Heat your grill to high heat. Cook steaks 2 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and allow to rest. Slice diagonally and serve.
Note: An instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the steak should read 120°F for medium rare.
