Combine all the Kefta ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with your hands until all the spices and herbs are incorporated into the ground beef. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat your grill to medium-high (about 425 - 450°F).
Form 2 tbsp of the beef mixture around metal skewers in a log formation.
Drizzle the beef on the skewers with Colavita olive oil.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3 minutes.
